How do I join my session?
All sessions are conducted via Zoom. You'll receive a meeting link in your confirmation email after scheduling on Calendly.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session through the link in your confirmation email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfers via Paystack in GHS.
Is there a refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Later cancellations may be rescheduled instead.
How does the payment process work?
Select your service, fill in your details, and click Pay. You'll be redirected to Paystack's secure checkout. After payment, you'll return to our site with a confirmation, and can then schedule your session on Calendly.
