1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OR Consult website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

OR Consult provides medical advisory, health education, and professional consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to: online seminars, weekend bootcamps, study planning, personal health consultations, health strategy sessions, chronic disease coaching, second opinions, corporate wellness talks, health startup advisory, CME sessions, and NGO health consulting.

3. Medical Disclaimer

OR Consult provides medical advisory services only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Information provided through our platform is for educational and advisory purposes. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions. In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official booking system.
  • Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
  • We accept payments via Paystack (Mobile Money, Visa/Mastercard, Bank Transfer) and Stripe (international cards).

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the session may be rescheduled to a future date.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • OR Consult reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice and a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, seminar materials, study resources, and blog articles — is the intellectual property of OR Consult and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Seminar and Bootcamp Terms

  • Seminar recordings are provided for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
  • Recording access expires after the specified period (typically 30 days).
  • Certificates of completion are issued at OR Consult's discretion.
  • Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during all sessions.

8. Confidentiality

All health consultations are conducted in strict confidence. Information shared during consultations will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or in cases of immediate risk to life.

9. Limitation of Liability

OR Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Ghana.

11. Changes to Terms

OR Consult reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
